After 24 hours or once production starts, custom orders cannot be canceled. Our dolls are made to order, and processing begins quickly to ensure timely delivery.
Why Restocking Fees Exist
Custom dolls require materials, time, and labor from the moment production begins. Canceling an order that’s already started adds cost to the process. These fees help us keep prices fair for everyone.
For In-Stock Dolls (US or EU Warehouses)

If you refuse delivery, your refund will be reduced by all incurred costs (shipping, handling, labor, and storage)
